Privacy policy for the Docmio Windows app and this website.

1. Who provides Docmio

Docmio is provided by Patcharaphon Thepwijit, Thailand. For privacy questions or requests, contact sinpw782@gmail.com.

2. Information you enter in the app

Docmio processes information you choose to enter or import to prepare business documents. This may include company and customer names, addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, tax identifiers, contact people, supplier details, document line items, prices, payment details, remarks, attachments and signature images.

The app also stores local workspace user profiles, password hashes and preferences such as language, document numbering, database location and paper settings. Workspace accounts are local app accounts, separate from your Microsoft account.

3. Where information is stored and why

Business records and local account information are stored in a SQLite database on your computer at the default application location or a location you select. Preferences and cached fonts may be stored in the app's local web storage. Docmio uses this information to open your workspace, manage documents, calculate totals, display signatures and create previews, printed documents and exports.

The current Store edition does not automatically upload your business database, document content, signatures or local passwords to us. If you choose a database or export location that is synchronized by another service, such as a cloud drive, that service may receive the files under its own settings and policy.

4. Network connections and other providers

Optional fonts. When you select a Google Font that is not cached, the app requests font styles and files from Google Fonts. Google receives connection information such as your IP address and the requested font. Document text is not included in the font request URL. Downloaded font resources are cached locally. Installed system fonts do not require these downloads. See Google Fonts privacy information.

Microsoft Store and Windows. Microsoft processes Store purchases, downloads and updates under its own policies. Windows, WebView2 and your printer or cloud services may separately process technical information according to their configuration. Docmio does not receive your payment card details from the Store. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

This website. Cloudflare hosts this site and processes network requests, which may include IP addresses, requested URLs and browser information, to deliver and secure the website. We have not added advertising, tracking pixels, analytics scripts, account registration or marketing cookies to this site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

5. When you contact support

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information or files you send. We use them to respond to your request and resolve support issues. Send only the information needed for help, and redact customer records or signatures where possible. We retain support correspondence while it is needed to handle the request, follow up on related issues or meet applicable legal obligations. You can request deletion by email.

6. Sharing and sale

We do not sell your personal information or use your business records for advertising. You control the documents you print, export and share. Information sent directly to us for support may be disclosed when required by applicable law or when necessary to handle the support request through our email provider.

7. Retention, security and your choices

Local data remains until you delete records or remove the database and associated files. Uninstalling the app may leave databases or exports you saved outside the app's storage. Keep backups before deleting files. Anyone with access to your Windows account, database files, exports or backups may be able to access their contents. A local workspace password is not a promise that the database is encrypted.

You can edit or delete records in the app, manage local users, clear cached app data, or remove the database and exported files. Protect your Windows account and backups. We cannot retrieve or delete files stored only on your device. For information we receive through support, contact us to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable law.

8. International processing and children

Local records stay at the storage location you choose. External providers described above may process network or support information in other countries under their policies. Docmio is a business productivity app and is not designed to collect information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We will publish material changes on this page and update the effective date. Changes to app data handling will be described for the relevant app version.
